Communication Case Study
Need: Full scale communications plan for both the medical director and the medical practice.
Timeframe: 8 months
Task: C.A. Cross & Associates created a regional health and awareness campaign surrounding the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI) in support of National Cholesterol Education Awareness Month (September). A 6 month speaking campaign focuses on community and health education talks by the medical director along media support (televised newscast, interviews and newspaper articles).
Goal: To create higher awareness of Advanced Cholesterol Testing using Lipoprotein Particle Testing, a revolutionary blood test that is administered through The Center for Cholesterol Management.
Recruiting Outsourcing Case Study
Need: CCUSA needed a full scale “Sourcing Solution” department to broaden their reach in the recruiting industry and accentuate services to the current line of job fair clients.
Timeframe: 3 months
Task: C.A. Cross & Associates worked with the CCUSA staff to create, implement and deliver a cost-effective Sourcing Department. Comprised of five recruiting professionals throughout the US, the sourcing department serviced six active Fortune 1000 accounts, providing comprehensive human capital research (i.e. sourcing) for each recruiting department. To support these efforts, C.A. Cross & Associates also designed and implemented new business marketing materials and created a four person task force to solicit new business.
Marketing Case Study
Need: Since 2004, the IMBCR holds a substantial track record using proprietary in vivo and in vitro myeloma models with compounds that eventually went to Phase 1 clinical trails. However, exposure to other companies was not being developed. The IMBCR board of directors hired C. A. Cross & Associates to create and implement a full-scale marketing plan focusing on new business development.
Timeframe: 3 months
Task: C.A. Cross & Associates created a comprehensive 3 month strategy that included a full rebranding of the IMBCR Animal Research Department to The Division of Drug Development. We compiled and created over 100+ new business targets. We worked alongside IMBCR executive and director level staff to create branding and positioning statements along with comprehensive marketing language.
